YOUTH Membership & Waiver Form

Youth Membership

This is a membership for college individuals 18+ years old. This is a membership also for minors who wish to join BCHC, even though their family does not. Ages 12-17 years old.

Youth memberships must fill out additional paperwork, as well as find an approved adult member to designate as their guardian at BCHC events.

Individual Membership

Anyone may become an INDIVIDUAL type member of BCHC. This type is best for singles, or individuals.

Family Membership

All immediate family members are included in Family (shared home address) memberships, and are eligible to participate fully in BCHC and Local Unit activities.
